From Nashville, Take 1-24 East, Exit 111, and follow Hwy 55 to Tullahoma, Take Hwy 130.

From Atlanta Take 75 North to Chattanooga, take I-24 West, exit to Highway 64 to Winchester, take Hwy. 50.

From Huntsville/Fayetteville/I-65, Take Hwy. 64 towards Winchester.

Follow these signs to Tims Ford State Park.

two ways from atlanta:

From Atlanta, Google Maps and Mapquest suggest exit I-24 West at alternate 41 in Suwannee; which is on top of Monteagle mountain. This is a nice, scenic, day-time route.

For easier route, we recommend continuing on I-24 West until the bottom of Monteagle; then exit at Highway 64. Follow signs to Winchester and Tims Ford State Park. Tims Ford Marina & Resort is 1/2 mile South of entrance of State Park.
