Rates & Policies - Cabin Reservations

Our number one policy is that you are having a good time.

There is a two night minimum for all reservations.

One night rentals will be on a space available basis the day of your stay. ALL HOLIDAYS WILL BE A 3-DAY MINIMUM.

There is a 72 hour cancellation policy for return of deposit.

$50 Non-refundable Pet Deposit.

Check-In time is 3:00 PM, Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.

Cabin information:

All Cabins are completely equipped with cooking and serving utensils, and linens.

One Bedroom Cabins have Two Queen Size Beds: 6 Person Maximum

Two Bedroom Cabins have Three Queen Size Beds: 8 Person Maximum

Reservations:

Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. A $50 advance deposit is charged to your credit card to confirm and guarantee cabin reservations. Check current cabin availability without a credit card.

HOLIDAY Weekend Rates (3 Day Minimum)

• One Bedroom Holiday Weekend --- $169.95 / night
• Two Bedroom Holiday Weekend --- $199.95 / night

Peak Season Rates June 1st thru August 15th

You can add the third day for $49.95 Except on Holiday Weekends

• Sunday - Thursday -- $99.95 / night
• Friday  -  Saturday - $139.95 / night

Two Bedroom Cabin:

• Sunday - Thursday - $124.95 / night
• Friday  -  Saturday - $169.95 / night

Spring March 16th - May 31st  and

Fall August 16th - October 31st Rates

72 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED ON ALL CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS.

Pets ARE a-ok with $50 fee please:

House broken and bug free pets are welcome to stay with a $50 non-refundable fee for our extra cleaning. Please walk all pets away from our cabin area or curb. Pets must be on leash and never left unattended while outside. Please let us know if you intend to bring your pets when making your reservations.

Pontoon Boat rentals:

• Monday - Thursday - $150 /day + gas
   
• Friday  -  Sunday  -- $200 /day + gas
